Welcome to Panic
Attack Release
“My heart was pounding out of my chest, I could
barely breathe, and I was soaked in sweat. My hands and arms
were tingling, trembling - almost twitching. I knew I was going
to die...”
I wrote that note years ago trying to describe one of my
panic attacks. But words can never fully convey the terror.
You probably know that.
If you’re visiting this site I imagine you or someone you
know suffers from panic attacks or
anxiety attacks or some other anxiety
disorder like I did. You’re looking for both information and
help. I hope to give you both.
Wouldn’t it be great to leave panic attacks behind you? To
never have one again?
It may seem hard to believe but it’s possible - lots of
people have done it before you. I want to let you know what’s
worked for them so you can decide if you want to try it
yourself.
This is not an “authority” web site written by a panel at
some big medical institution. Those sites are fine, but
sometimes we need information that’s more from the front lines,
from people that have been where we are now..
I call this site Panic Attack Release because finally
getting free of panic attacks wasn’t the battle I had expected
it to be. It was more of a letting go, a release.
It felt like finally being able to set down an ugly, heavy
burden I had had to carry for years and just leave it behind
and walk away.
I wish that feeling of relief for you.
Explore the site. I’ve done my best to put lots of useful
information here to help you. To begin, you can look at some of
the pages listed on the menu to the left.
Check back as often as you like - I’ll be adding more as
time goes by. I hope it helps.
Wishing You Peace,
Sandy
